On appointment, your HR consultant will visit your school to meet key staff and discuss any identified or ongoing issues and will provide direct contact information. You will always know who will be your school’s contact and all queries will be addressed promptly, normally on the same or following working day. In subsequent years, your consultant will be available for an update visit or telephone discussion to ensure that any staffing matters are addressed proactively.
EnvoyHR will address issues not only with your paid staff but also work with your volunteers and school governors.
EnvoyHR is a “mix and match” service which enables schools to buy-in expert HR provision on a function by function basis as and when it is needed.
The key features of this service are:
