The heavy snowfall in Sheffield, Manchester and London is causing us lots of issues for a second day. Sheffield has seen exceptionally heavy snowfall overnight and we are struggling to get people into the office at all. We do have people at both the London and Manchester offices, and our managed service operation is managing to stay on top of all essential payments.

Therefore, similar to yesterday, we have implemented portions of our business continuity plan, with many people working remotely from home and the support phone lines (0161 820 8247) diverted through to our Manchester offices. We are able to deal with support issues, but there may be a small delay while messages are relayed to the correct people and they get back in contact with you.
